ECDC got an 8k this morning with a completed merger announced. The co settled the merger with preferred shares and NO common dilution, with a provisional buyback at .60 per share!! This one has legs to go well above .10 and is getting emailers now. Ludlow Research just issued an alert with a .10 to .15 price target on ECDC.

Chart looks great, to .06 ish.

The CEO of twitter is advising the company
