Sounds like a great JOBS program! Instead of building Iran and Afghan's infrastructure, why not address our infrastructure problems and create JOBS at the same time...Why not bury communication wires that are currently above ground and cause so much misery when storms hit?...Why not trim all trees everywhere that interfere with overhead communication wires?
