So is 103 Million the number of shares they have to offer or the number owned by us, the shareholders?

So then Market Capitalization would be the value of all shares held by shareholders at the current price of the stock?

The two others I see are beta and volatility? What's the difference, their similar right?

It's just I feel the only thing I understand when I look at a co. stock is their open, close, day high and low and 52 week high and low. Any help here?
