Okay, so their current total assets would be, $8,071,00? Adding up the $6 Million, $271,000 cash and their capital equipment and property valued $1.8 Million? So what would the $6 million be? I'm guessing the cash is savings for something? Then the $1.8 Million would be the fracking units?

So liabilities are debts basically?

The direct costs are material and labor?

What's G&A expenses and other expenses?
