I believe that CD bought approx 1.3 million shares earlies this year

I find no evidence to support that.

CD was last active in the public market in Feb 2010 when he concluded a series of sales (EXS was then > $1)
Between 5/31 and 6/2 this year CD acquired 300k shares via stock purchase plan, bringing CD's direct ownership total to 1,473,659
CD last acquired in public mmarket or by private transaction in Nov/Dec 2008 when the share price was dipping below 0.20 and since that time in the public market has only been a seller.

CD current options held is 4,250,000

It appears the only other current director/officer with share holdings is Malim, Andrew Frederic de Paula at 500,000

Current directors other than CD appear to hold 3.8M options and there are no unexercised warrants held by directors/officers

It is likely not current, but prior directors/officers have reported holdings of about 200k common shares (but that is likely as of date they ceased to be directors)

There is no current reporting 10% holder, and all of the reported holdings of class A common shares (not the common shares totalled above) are in no longer active reporters, so status of those class A shares is uncertain.
