Guess the actual figure is in the $190 - $225 range.

...Call it @ one quarter's revenue.

...Offset by a P I likely guaranteing both the Patent and non competition for 1 - 3 years...or more.

...Any legal damages/suit/settlement recovered would be a bonus.

Under the circumstances, a fair tradeoff in my books.
