(due to starting mtl or process) , could there be another proxy?

"identifying" all the constituents is not the same thing as proving a given subset is a good proxy for the complete list of constituents and what they need to be to be equivalent to Lovenox. As an example, the 466 patent does NOT set values for all of the various constituents. Not even close. It does so only for a) the lump of tetra, lump of octa, ... and b) the individual tetra components. So if you can prove that octa components would serve as an adequate proxy would bypass the claim of 466 that Momenta was asserting.
