Wasn't this company supposed to be generating huge profits after Chris Rainbolt took over and brought in his family of Oil and Gas guys? I would think that the revenues alone would get them out of the Greys and into fully filing but something seems to have happened along the way ---- SEC caught on to the fraud.

where are those pumpers? they have all disappeared as their false claims and insufferable optimism was shut down by a dose of reality.
