I think he means that the complaint alleges that Intel INTENTIONALLY designed compilers that degrade AMD microprocessors and may cause them to crash.

You claim that Keith is saying that Intel has a duty to optimize for AMD.

I think Keith is saying that that is a very misleading and even false statement.

Barring a contrary explanation, I think I would agree with him and I think if I were the trier of the fact, I would consider that out of the range of advocacy and more in the range of deception.
