VVUS has finally submitted their new drug application to the FDA for QNEXA.
Women who might become preganant would be excluded from using QNEXA. We'll know in Q1 whether the application is accepted, and the ruling will be in Q2. SOOOOOO, we continue to walk thrugh quicksand with this stock for at least 3-5 more months.
