Guys, I'm afraid there's no better way to say it:

We just got "PIPED!"-

but I'm adding too.

Just glad I hadn't built too big a position before this.

I guess that director sell at 1.25 a few months ago was the tell-

he had to know this was coming.

As for the long positions held by other officers, I'm sure they can absorb the loss via warrant issuance from this offering, stock option grants, and such.

The learning curve in these things can, unfortunately, be a long one.

I guess my concern, going forward, is/will be the warrant overhang.

Anyone have any idea how many may be lingering out there from previous financings?

Somewhat comforting to bear in mind at such times.

Despite how it may sound, I'm not really bleak on the future here-

have certainly been here before with Ariad, and take a relatively long view.
