Yes sir that is correct, they are competitors. I play both sides of the SSD coin :P As we know they're ALL going up in the next few years. Oldschool platter style hardrives will be phased out in due time as SSD becomes cheaper.
We're in the $ here my friend. Many see $40 by years end i'm sure.
