Bird Gang was contracted to do this promotion to the 25th for one month but look! its the 27th and they are still going strong without any more money!!!!

Uhhh... I think you misread the disclaimer? They were paid to run the promo from 10/25 through 11/25. They're only 2 days into the promo, it's certainly not like they're voluntarily continuing it after the contract period is over.
