I've already submitted a letter to the Enforcement Division at the SEC about an hour or so ago. I don't think PINKS are a big priority these days at the SEC but who knows. Maybe it'll get some attention. I do find the PR to be very peculiar however and yes, I'm extremely skeptical. First there was a $50 million dollar line of credit announcement a month or so ago and then no further news, and now today you get a MPIX announcement regarding a $500 million dollar loan arrangement with 2 unknown companies, Gilman Metals Corp and Inter Global Investments. Interestingly enough, it was also Inter Global Investment Corp who was tied to the earlier PR regarding the $50 million credit facility, and now the same name pops up in regards to today's announced $500,000,000 credit facility. Now you have an even bigger bowl of chop suey......EMAX/MPIX/Unitel/Gilman/Inter Global. Given all the share/equity swaps, it's my opinion that AUDITED financials should be completed immediately. Enough with the unaudited financials, and that's all you got with the MPIX disclosures. Given all these recent announcements, SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD DEMAND AUDITED FINANCIALS IMMEDIATELY. In my entire career, I've never seen such a commingled blend of equity and in my opinion, investors should be extremely cautious with these evolving structures. DEMAND AUDITED FINANCIALS NOW.
