True, and this is probably the most passionate and controversial issue they've ever had a chance to comment on over there. So you should expect it to bring out various psychological ailments that even the reasonable ones prefer to keep closeted . Even Freud wouldn't be able to penetrate the psyches over there, so it's fruitless to try.

I am not presumptuous enough to claim exactly what the courts will decide, but I can agree that the issue is controversial, and different people are going to have different opinions on whether Intel's business tactics are "right" or "wrong". Like you've said before, it all depends on how your view free market competition, and what constraints you would put on it legally to the best benefit of American economics. And people are going to disagree. It has nothing to do with "good" vs "evil", even though the 'Droids would like to boil it down to that. In the end, it's up to the courts to decide, because like I said before and still believe, the Court of Public Opinion is unimportant and ever changing and fickle. AMD is not going to gain much in the end except maybe to keep Intel busy and on their toes while the litigations are in progress.
