Ok, I will probably get roasted for this post, but I am going to defend Chas a little bit. Not all the way, but a little bit. Everyone wants to throw the book at him saying he is a liar and a crook and should be in jail. For what? For mismanaging a company? Most of us just bought stock in the open market. That is a gamble. Yes, Chas was always and still is optimistic, but what company exec wouldn't be. You expect him to come out and say "we suck, get out now". He didn't make anything off our stock investments. He along with some family members stand to lose their collective butts here. Now, I think he made some horrible decisions along the way. They should have never let the financials get out of hand resulting in the delisting. They should have focused on getting out of bankruptcy and just marketing the product instead of filing lawsuits and ultimately being buried by the cost of litigation. He had no way of knowing that the judge was going to railroad this to Ch. 7. They did make significant progress; they just couldn't get over the hump. For crying out load, they have a product in CVS, Walgreens, and HEB. Probably other places too. It's too bad that it will take a miracle for any of us to ever benefit from it.
