Progress continues to be made toward the merger of GSI into a shell, and I am very encouraged by the reports I am hearing, although frustrated by the length of time it has taken to get this done. I believe more than ever that this will get done, as there is money to be made on all sides and all sides clearly realize this, and that is always the prime motivator in doing any deal.

For those who have tried to reach GSI through the New Jersey phone numbers and have had no success, those have been disconnected, as Gil is at this point working out of the Midwest and has been for over a year. New phone numbers will be set up for the newly-created company upon completion of the merger.
