If the choice were just between INCY's RA JAK1/2 and VRTX's RA JAK3, so far I would definitely prefer INCY's. INCY's does have dose related hemo events while VRTX's does have dose related infection events, which are related to the targets they hit. It seems to me, so far, PFE's pan-JAK is more balanced. INCY's does have one advantage though, QD dosing. VRTX's dosage seems really high to me, those are BID. LLY is adjusting dosage to 2/4/8mg QD, 2mg BID with background Methotrexate in ph2b.
