Well, it was thought JAK3 might have advantage over PFE's pan-JAK in safety. I don't see that from data here. I expect 25mg and 150mg dosages will be dropped, not quite sure about 100mg - don't know the detailed status of the two death in this dose level. Wonder if they should try 75mg. RA drugs will be taken for a long time...
