Reading it makes me feel MNTA has a good chance of PI...esp if judge is using this info as key to determining the likelihood that MNTA will win the trial

I believe the judge has already put check mark on "irreparable harm" in favor of MNTA.

Glad to see obviousness of the patent claims is not what holding the judge's decision.
