Yeah, I understand the concept but am amazed that kind of fraud and BS can continually exist. Afterall and it would seem that Laws in place to safeguard against such activity would lessen the occurrance. However, it also seems flagrant and unchecked until they're caught. When the Financials don't even hint of off-Balance Sheet dedt... how can one tell or be informed well enough to make discretionary yet wise choices ???
