Typical R/S. The compoany wants one thing, but as I expected. FIRNA is the one that must set the record date and execution date Of the split.

It goes back to when they petitioned FIRNA for the split. what? 30-45 days from there? The compoany usualy posts one date, but its not up to them. So we are now in LIMBO.

One good thing about a R/S, all shares will be accounted for. No vapor or unrestricted will be sneaking into the O/S.
Low volume buy @ 3, If ya knew the actual date, it would be cool to take out the 3s at the close and paint it up into the 4s. I'd love to see a new PPS of .60

I want to see this massive Market cap for a shell with nothing really going for it.

Most can muster $100K at best for just sitting. Nonreporting sucks even more.
I thought Stan was gettin g this shell up to date? What gives with the "limited Information"?
