Re: Guess you don't listen to what AMD has to say about their own suit? I'd suggest you listen. AMD has said that some Intel acts were illegal because Intel had a monopoly. AMD did not say that all of Intel's illegal actions were illegal only because Intel has a monopoly. 3rd party interference is illegal under any circumstances.
