I'd tend to agree with yours...

BUT, look what the Fed just did to BOA checking accounts ?

So, all that would have to happen for your share holdings in the DTCC to suddenly become someone else's property instead of yours... is for the Fed to decide that it's OK if they do ?

What is that thing about the "takings" that seems it is generating some cognitive dissonance ?
