Well since so many pennies either have been or are promoted somewhere at any given point are we looking basically for Newer plays that havent been dilluted to death and have potential to become good plays in the near future ?

Just wondering because I quite often mention Low float stocks that have yet to see the pump and dumpers.

And quite often they do come into play
