Keith, They are applying anti-trust law to get a realistic chance to have access to the market they manufacture products for. Is that asking too much in your opinion?

Yes it is, at least in the way AMD applies anti-trust law. Calling the Intel Inside campaign anti-competitive? Whining about Intel buying shelf space from Best Buy and Circuit City? Complaining about an Intel-designed compiler because it favors Intel's processors? Claiming that volume discounts "denies customers the freedom to purchase any significant volume of processors from AMD"?

Most of these supposedly "evil acts" by Intel are actually mundane business practices. Some of them might go over the line considering the different legal standards set for monopolies, but is AMD interested in sorting it out? No. Like others have commented, AMD is just slinging mud and seeing what sticks. That tells me a lot about the credibility of the accuser, especially one that has proven to be a total hypocrite when it comes to anti-trust law.
