Duke, Surely they could spare a couple to determine WHETHER A THIRD OF THEIR CASE IS BULLSHIT, if if is, before waisting the Court's time, unless of course, they meant it to be a coordinated publicity stunt.

AMD has all but admitted this. Full-page ads in seven newspapers, a website at AMD called "Break Free," and many people in the industry recognizing the suit as a PR stunt.

You post some excellent thoughts, but AMD clearly intends to fight this case in the court of public opinion. I never thought AMD would stoop this low, especially when they have so much going for them in terms of Opteron and Hypertransport, but I guess the AMDroids and Wells Fargo proves that AMD has plenty of supporters willing to fight for the "cause."
