Hmmmmm. I wonder if Raymond Taylor, defendant in the lawsuit filed by CTTC, has now totally missed the deadline by which he was required to file his Answer or other responsive pleading pursuant to F. R. Civ. Pr. 12(a), thereby raising the possibility of having a default judgment entered against him pursuant to F. Rule Civ. Pr. 55 and 54(c), due to his failure to file a satisfactory responsive pleading on time.

Who knows, maybe CTTC's shareholders will own the home on Polo Club Ct. in Louisville sooner than any of us thought possible.
