It's laughable! UBS probably netted $100 million + in profits and is fined $12 million. FINRA and UBS reps probably went out to dinner together the night before the PR was released. UBS rep most likely gave a toast to FINRA for only fining them $12 million. UBS picked up the dinner bill :)
