I wouldn't think that Samyang would have a great interest in licensing CX1739 or CX1846 if they have to wait for FDA approval. Those events may be at least 5-7 years down the road. I'm thinking that maybe Samyang can start selling these AMPAKINES in Asia without waiting for US FDA approval. And that would be a big win for Cortex far outweighing the consideration of the balkanization of rights.
