PEIX charts - right at 50dma -- the 200dma is at $2.60 -- after their R/S in the summer the starting R/s was 2.25 -- many folks say stocks return to their starting R/S price. Like Drugtester says the report needs to say something about the CD; if CD is complete we can expect a nice run. (link back for charts)
