(AMEX: TWW) reported Q4 revenue of $13.5 million and a loss of ($0.31) per share, versus the consensus of $13.32 million and ($0.12), respectivly. The company expects revenues for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2006 to be in the range of $95.0 million to $110.0 million and EBITDA, as adjusted, to range from $35 million to $45 million.
The company also said it had not completed its assessment of its internal control over financial reporting as required under Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act. As a result, the Company's independent registered public accountants did not issue an opinion over management's assessment of the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting. Additionally, the Company has identified and disclosed two material weaknesses.

The markets closed out the trading session in the red today, despite an increase in both gross domestic product and U.S oil inventories, as anxiety over the upcoming Fed decision on interest rates forced investors to the sell-side.
Volume was light with 1.70 billion shares trading on the NYSE and 1.64 billion on the Nasdaq. Advancers outpaced Decliners today by a margin of 19:14 on the NYSE and by 16:15 on the Nasdaq.
In individual stories, Net2Phone, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTOP RT$) closed 25.53% higher after IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT RT$) delivered notice of a tender offer for all outstanding shares of common stock of the Company not owened by IDT for $1.70 per share in cash. On the downside, Innovo Group Inc. (Nasdaq: INNO RT$) closed 32.82% lower after warning for FY05.
Tomorrow, traders will be watching for economic data on Initial Claims, Personal Income, Personal Spending, and from the Chicago PMI, Help-Wanted Index and FOMC ploicy announcement. Initial Claims, Personal Income and Personal Spending are due to hit the wire at 8:30 A.M. The Chicago PMI and Help-Wanted Index are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., while the FOMC ploicy announcement is expected at 2:15 P.M.

Volume was light with 1.70 billion shares trading on the NYSE and 1.64 billion on the Nasdaq. Advancers outpaced Decliners today by a margin of 19:14 on the NYSE and by 16:15 on the Nasdaq.
In individual stories, Net2Phone, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTOP RT$) closed 25.53% higher after IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT RT$) delivered notice of a tender offer for all outstanding shares of common stock of the Company not owened by IDT for $1.70 per share in cash. On the downside, Innovo Group Inc. (Nasdaq: INNO RT$) closed 32.82% lower after warning for FY05.
Tomorrow, traders will be watching for economic data on Initial Claims, Personal Income, Personal Spending, and from the Chicago PMI, Help-Wanted Index and FOMC ploicy announcement. Initial Claims, Personal Income and Personal Spending are due to hit the wire at 8:30 A.M. The Chicago PMI and Help-Wanted Index are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., while the FOMC ploicy announcement is expected at 2:15 P.M.
