Rick Shea said at the BioCentury webcast on 10/21/11 that MNTA had withdrawn the claims on the ‘886, so he must have mistakenly reversed the patent numbers.

Forgot to mention, I don't believe iwfal is going to be happy to hear this news given #msg-67944432; #msg-68240669; and #msg-68251651 (among others). Brand new assignment for him. ; )
