Just because my version parses, doesn't necessarily make it correct! The redacted definition of "Aventis **" could have a more complex definition besides just "$135m."...for example it could say "the amount of AG sales, but no less than $135m" or "the difference between Sancoz sales and AG sales, but no less than $135m"

But the wording in the PR didn't seem to indicate the $135m figure could change, so I would lean towards the simpler parsing.

In hindsight, it seems odd to have come up with the $135m figure for the contract with no variable inputs (total lovenox market, AG sales, annual inflation escalator, etc)
