For me, Berger’s management style—of which #msg-68259377 is a textbook example—is a reason to stay away, not a reason to invest. Yes, I might be missing out on a great stock, as I’ve previously acknowledged. However, there are plenty of other great stocks and there only so many hours in the day for DD, so why should I spend time investigating a company where the CEO is an obvious jerk?
