Green Energy Solution Industries, Inc., (GESI) is an Alberta Canada based Corporation which recently took controlling interest of SATMax Corporation which is a publicly traded on the Pinksheets currently as SATM.

COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:

-GESI was incorporated in 2007 and has undertaken project development in Alberta Canada for the creation of a waste wood to energy project. GESI began the project development through years of wood waste potential for energy creation in Western Canada.

-The vastly available supply of wood waste as a feed stock for fuel in Western Canada, was narrowed down by GESI to be to utilize waste railway ties (WRT), which is abundant on a yearly basis through ongoing replacement of ties by railroads and servicers.

-GESI was recently awarded a grant by Alberta Energy for the development of a feasibility study for the use of waste wood, including rail ties, for the creation of electricity or bio-fuels. GESI has completed significant parts of such study, while at the same time GESI was able to secure strategic relations and contracts to make the project a reality.

-GESI now has the backing of a solid feasibility study, identified and secured long term WRT supply, strategically located project site, and is currently taking proposals for bids for the best technology for the project. In sum, GESI has realized from feasibility to current implementation of what it was charged with at the beginning. Namely to create economic stimulation, creation of jobs, removal of toxic waste, creation of energy, and add to Canada’s ever increasing renewable energy sources.

THE PROJECT

GEST began in 2009 to bid for a grant from Alberta Energy, for the study of utilization of wood waste in Alberta. After numerous delays in the Ministry awards, GEST was awarded the grant in the summer of 2011. The grant had as its mission for GEST:

“To conduct a feasibility study and advance negotiations to develop and build a waste to energy facility in Alberta. Feedstock’s to be considered include railway ties, bridge timbers, poles and lumber treated with creosote. The output from the destruction of these hazardous materials will be the production of electricity and/or bio-fuels at a capacity to be determined by the study.”

With this mission statement undertaken, the following matters became goals of the commercial project being advanced by the feasibility study and what became the GEST business plan:

*Defined the "Body of Sciences" behind the technologies
*Reduce dependency on depleting fossil energy fuels
*Satisfy the mandates set forth by the Canadian Government as well as supported in the Kyoto accord requirements to reduce greenhouse gas emissions
*Enhance Alberta‘s economy with new jobs, infrastructure and industrial diversification
*Stimulate rural economies
*Reduce emissions, NOx, Sox and VOCs
*Increase production of alternative energy sources

The development of clean renewable and transitional energy resources in Alberta is now more capable of meeting future demands of the province. It is now possible to harness this energy with proven technologies that are in use in Alberta and elsewhere.

Green Solutions waste-to-energy project is comprised of three stages that are essential to commercial success:

1. Constant and ready feedstock source of one or more of the noxious wood sources targeted

2. Commercially ready, ecologically friendly, wood waste breakdown system for large scale use and production of biofuels or for electrical generation

3. Ready grid electrical generation systems for reliable and powerful conversion of the fuel source created
