I've been in contact with someone else in tech support this afternoon, and they are working the problem from a different angle.
He did confirm that they lost two routers Friday night, and they have been replaced. I sent him some of the traceroutes I had, including those from today.
In the near term, if anyone wants to post a snapshot of a tracert to investorshub.com during a hang, I'll forward it to tech support. Please include date/time/timezone, and make sure you exlude your public interenet address if you post it to the public thread.
