dew, I agree on that very limited point you are making about the PI. I doubt this will influence the judge, what SNY has deduced will happen, they should have a better handle on this.

The price below 12 of MNTA is cheap, so maybe it won't matter to the price about the PI. It's always hard for me to determine what will happen to a stock when it isn't really overvalued and is getting close to where it will bottom. I would hope to see some short covering here.
