Thanks for your imput on the CA process.That may explain why it is taking so long,to the point of being a dragged out process.
If it continues to drag out or gets cloes to becoming a stalemate,
is it possible that CD may threaten to move on or open up to other bidders.Also,don't you think it would have been better to try and open up a bidding war.These questions are based on your knowledge of how these deals work.The only other thing I am thinking was CD was running out of cash,and was despatate to
get something going.Just a thought,but I could be wrong based on
CD's experience.
