The same opinion, Ken used to be presented as one of top communicative managers, when KATX was at its best times. We have not heard much of him and the progress in the company since, only that Cu mineralization lies pretty deep in the ground. Anyway, I did not invest that much in KATX, will leave the money in here, as I would not get anything if I sold, maybe just some little multiple of sell order fee, maybe in the future the stock will recover somehow. Now, my far strongest stock in my PF is sr*r, where the CEO is not much communicative, but delivers usually much more than promises, and in a shelf type mine there is 100+B$ in Nb, REE´s ,,, and there is concrete plan, financing and other news. Low risk vs reward ratio, but do your own DD. Good luck.
