What about 'Defunct' rating of TRGD do posters not understand?? Until we either get SEC approval or an up listing [or BOTH], there is no way we will get news from management. They would not want to jeopradize[sic] the process until a change is achieved.
My GUESS is that we will not see a dividend of TARM shares until then. A premature dividend at this time wold probably result in a great pressure on TARM share price as TRGD shareholders sell the dividend.
Only hope is we should be getting quite close to a resolution of our listing problem. Still feel before end of year.
Fingers crossed
