As you, DD, mouton and others have pointed out, there is more to support irreparable harm than the monetary damages even as diminished by the AG launch. I see that too.

Reasonable people may differ on this factor.

My sense is that the judge focused on the monetary damages of the delay - more so than I would have.

We will soon be past this discussion since the judge will either dissolve, modify or convert the injunctive relief to a PI.
