I think it may have to do with the fact that TD Ameritrade only allows NASDAQ, NYSE and AMEX listed securities trading during extended market hours... No pinkies allowed...

I just try to buy some shares,( TD Ameritrade,) There is a hold on this comp. No orders are accepted. Why ??
