Not if the litigation comes out of the marketing budget.
I mean, if there is no such thing as bad publicity, then this is just one big PR stunt no matter what the outcome turns out to be. The funny thing is that this will probably get a lot more people talking about AMD than their last "AMD ME" campaign. <G>
