Let me ask this... if they are going to be Cash flow positive, why not take care of the investors and offer a share buy back program? That will lower the float, and raise the PPS. Ohhh wait, everyone wins in that scenario. Perfect example, NWBI (Northwest saving bank). Offered a 5 million share buy back not to long ago = increased PPS even while the banking market was rough.
