For whatever reason, I hope he really did say it.

It's really no big deal. An NDA can be as much as 100,000 pages, so if they want to file in mid-2012 as they have announced, then they clearly need to be working on the application right now. There's plenty they can do ahead of time, although obviously some parts of the application will have to wait for the Phase II results.

I've seen a very recent report that Harvey has denied they are currently raising funds - likely means an Asian pona partnership is on the table. I personally wouldn't be averse to partnering Europe too if it was with a company that could help aggressively develop other indications.
