It's a big issue for QSGI on so many levels.

It's something Sherman, QSGI and others on the QSGI management team have widely misrepresented about sherman and their past for years and years. It also helps one understand the poor performance of the QSGI operations for all those years, that were run directly by Sherman and the old Intellesale group. It speaks to the credibility and veracity of Sherman and others at QSGI.

It also gives some idea of how one might look at the claims by Sherman in the DS about QSGI's past and issues and and how that might differ were significantly from a full and honest description of events. I know I was shocked when reading the DS descriptions versus what I saw in the actual public record created by QSGI.
