If I understand correctly..

1 MYR = 0.26 US
100 sen = 1 MYR

Power is being sold for 21.25 sen

Isn't the calculation something like this...
(21.25/100) * 0.26 = 0.05525 US

a megawatt would sell for 1,000 * 0.05525 = $55.25 US
