I don’t especially care what the underlying technical issue is; if MNTA can find a precedent to support the claims interpretation between now and Tuesday and can present the material cogently in five pages or less, they probably win.



How difficult it will be to do that will depend a great deal on exactly what the technical AND legal issue is. Surprised you don't care what that issue is.
