In so far as all litigation is significant, your point is made, however, when I say, "bob talks to Ralph" those are things which should be stricken from the complaint, in order to sharpen the case.

In any event, as I indicated, I am about 2/3 rd of the way through the complaint, and as indicated most of the issues I have seen will not get to a jury.

The reason is that juries MIGHT tend to be emotional rather than stick to what the law should be.

It is also to be noted that juries are not allowed to decide what are called matters of law. In other words, if what is alleged does not constitute an issue of fact, rather than an issue of "law", that too, will not get to a jury, but rather be decided by the court, alone.

It is true, therefore, that it indeed is a long way to the top, if you want to rock and roll.
